We’re delighted that our Financial Adviser, Thomas Hatley, has qualified for the 2021 VouchedFor Top Rated guide, distributed in The Times on Saturday 10th April.
For those who may not have heard of VouchedFor before, it’s an online review website, similar to Tripadvisor, but for financial advisers.
The website uses client feedback to score and rate financial advisers. Ratings are based on advice given, service and value. As VouchedFor uses client feedback, it provides first-hand reviews of advisers to provide accurate ratings.
Thomas currently has a rating of 4.9 out of 5 from 52 reviews.
Hard work recognised
We couldn’t be prouder of this acknowledgement for his hard work. This award is a fantastic recognition for the service he provides for our clients, using every bit of knowledge gained with over 13 years of experience.
Whilst Tom works with a wide range of clients, he specialises working in pensions and retirement planning. Whether you want to consolidate your existing pensions plans or simply want to know what your pensions will provide, Tom will help.
Transferring out of a Final Salary pension scheme is unlikely to be in the best interests of most people.
As evidence of what a fantastic job Tom has done, simply read the review below:
“We had use Tom before over a number of years and knew that Tom’s advice would be sound. So asking Tom Hatley to look into eight pension schemes and give advice on a way forward which was best for ourselves was the best option. Tom produced a report for us to look at and gave recommendations for us to consider.”
If you haven’t already, we’d really appreciate it if you could spend 5 minutes to leave a review for Thomas. These reviews are a key tool in the success of our firm. Thank you to all our team
Tom couldn’t have won this award alone. A huge congratulations also belongs to our support team members. Their ongoing hard work and forever going the extra mile for our clients ensures they receive the service they deserve. For those that may not know our support team members, we have Ryan, our Paraplanner and Theo, our Administration Apprentice.
Ryan handles administration and assisting Tom with the advice process for our clients. He particularly enjoys a financial plan coming together for the end result and seeing the difference it makes for our clients.
Theo is your first point of contact for all of our face-to-face, telephone and email enquiries. He also handles internal administration, maintains our financial data and our compliance documents.
We’d also like to thank every single one of our clients for trusting us to provide them with a secure financial future. It’s because of you that we can do the job we love.Fundraising for the Otley Food Bank
Since July 2020 we have been donating £50 to the Otley Food Bank for every client recommended to us by our existing clients and local businesses. Alongside other initiatives including using Otley photographer’s photos and our ‘Winter Wonderland’ we have been raising funds towards a target of £1,000 for the charity in the first 12 months. We are happy to announce that we’re well on track to meet our target, having already raised £910. Thank you to every client and business who has recommended us to their family and friends. Not only are you helping us, but our local community too.
As well as VouchedFor, we also use Google reviews to monitor the service we’re providing for our clients. This helps us ensure we’re providing the service our clients have come to expect from us. We’d really appreciate it if you could take a few minutes to leave us a Google review, you can leave a review by clicking here.
