Competition terms and conditions:

1. The organiser

1.1. The organiser is Christopher Little & Co. Financial Advisers, Registered Company number 13357480, registered office is 75 Bondgate, Otley, West Yorkshire, LS21 3AB

2. The competition

2.1. To be in with a chance of winning, you need to be signed up to our newsletter by midnight on Thursday, 12th February.

2.2. The winner will be selected at random from our list of subscribers on Friday, 14th February.

3. How to enter

3.1. The competition will run until midnight on Thursday, 12th February.

3.2. All entries must be received by the specified closing date

3.3. To enter the competition:

(a) Simply subscribe to our newsletter by visiting our website home page and completing the ‘Sign up to our newsletter’ section.

(b) Existing newsletter subscribers are automatically entered into the competition.

3.4. Entries are limited to one per person

3.5. By subscribing to our newsletter, you are entering into a contract with the organiser and are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.

4. Choosing a winner

4.1. The winner of the competition will be selected at random from all of our newsletter subscribers.

5. Eligibility

5.1. The competition is only open to all residents in the United Kingdom aged 18 and over, except:

(a) Employees of the organiser

(b) Members of the immediate families or households of (a) above.

5.2. By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win in person. The organiser may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the competition.

6. The prize

6.1. The winner of the competition will receive a £100 gift voucher for Buon apps

6.2. The prize is not negotiable or transferable

7. Winners

7.1. The decision of the organiser is final, and no discussion will be entered into

7.2. The winner will be notified and contacted via email on Friday, 14th February.

7.3. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available or has not claimed the Prize within 14 of days of the Draw Date, the organiser reserves the right to offer the Prize to the next eligible Entrant selected via the same method as the initial draw from the remaining correct entries that were received before the Closing Date.

8. Claiming the prize

8.1. You must claim the Prize personally. The Prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf. Details of how the Prize will be delivered to you (or made available for collection) will be sent to the winner via email.

8.2. If your personal details, including contact information, changes at any time you should notify the organiser as soon as reasonably possible. Notifications should be sent to the organiser via email to harrison.beel@christopher-little.co.uk.

9. Data protection

9.1. By entering the competition, you agree that any personal information provided by you with the competition entry may be held and used only by the organiser.

9.2. If you are the winner of the competition, you agree that the organiser may use your name to announce the winner of this competition.

10. General

10.1. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the organiser may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition.

10.2. You must collect the voucher in person from our office.
