We’ll start by understanding what you want to achieve, then we’ll search the market and find the right mortgage for you.

Once you’re happy, we’ll process the paperwork efficiently, communicating regularly with your estate agent and solicitors to make sure you get the keys to your new home as smoothly as possible.

Clients ask us…

How much can I sensibly afford to borrow?

How much you can borrow varies depending on several factors, including your income, your expenditure, and the size of your deposit. We’ll help you calculate how much you could afford to borrow when moving house.

What type of mortgage should I choose?

There are many options to choose from, so we’ll help you make a fully informed decision you can have confidence in – both now and in the future.

Why should I use a mortgage adviser?

We’re here to remove the hassle of finding the right mortgage, saving you time and money. Our team will find the right mortgage deal suited to your circumstances, with a suitable interest rate.

What happens to the mortgage on my current home?

You have several options depending on the T&Cs of your mortgage. You may be able to take it with you to the new home (port) or depending on charges and costs, it could also be beneficial to take out a new mortgage. We’ll be able to help calculate what the best option for you is.

What fees will I pay?

You’ll need to consider various fees, such as stamp duty, solicitor and survey fees. We’ll sit with you and work out accurate costings specific to you, so things are crystal clear from start to finish.

How long will it take?

Usually, it can take around three months to buy your first home, but, of course, this can vary depending on the length of the chain. We’ll do everything we can to make sure your mortgage application is completed as efficiently as possible.

Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
