Tom’s really knowledgeable. He knows his stuff inside out. And he goes the extra mile. He really cares.
It was after the birth of our first child – our son – that we first sought out Tom’s help. We’d not long moved into our new home and we suddenly realised that if one of us were to die, the other would be left in a really difficult position financially. So we went to see Tom and he helped us to arrange Life Insurance, Critical Illness and Income Protection cover. It’s weird – you don’t really think about it until you’ve got kids and then you suddenly realise what’s at stake.
Tom’s a family friend. We’d heard good things and we knew that he had a good reputation. Since then we’ve recommended him to my mum and dad and he’s helped them with their pensions, and we’ve recommended him to other people too.
Tom’s awesome. He’s friendly but really professional. He’s really knowledgeable. He knows his stuff inside out. And he goes the extra mile. He really cares. We’ll definitely go back to him for all our financial needs as we get older.
He’s really into the community too. He’s been involved with a lot in Otley. It’s not just his own business he cares about; he really cares about things outside of his own business.
Tom puts you at ease. Just knowing that if anything happened to me everything is sorted, it does put your mind at ease.
